An established manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead our team!
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily production operations with a hands-on approach

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Prior experience in modular molding manufacturing preferred

Strong communication and team management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and safety standards
Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $65,000–$70,000/year, based on experience
