Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring production equipment and facility systems operate efficiently and safely. This includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting machinery, and responding to equipment breakdowns in a food-grade manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment, conveyors, mixers, and pumps

Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections in accordance with PM schedules
-
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
-
Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with food safety and OSHA standards

Document maintenance activity using logs or CMMS systems
-
Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime
Requirements:
-
2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

Strong mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with food manufacturing equipment (preferred)

Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and Lockout/Tagout procedures

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold environments

Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
