Weekend Safe Launch Inspector – SMT Department
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Location: Sparta
Pay: 15.00
Express is hiring a Weekend Safe Launch Inspector for a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) department. This critical role ensures quality standards are met during the Safe Launch phase of production.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed visual and manual inspections of electronic components and assemblies

Document and report any quality issues during the Safe Launch period

Work closely with production and quality teams to verify process compliance

Use computers for data entry, inspection records, and tracking non-conformances

Follow detailed inspection criteria and quality standards
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working with computers and inspection tools
-
Prior experience in SMT, quality control, or manufacturing preferred

Able to stand for extended periods and work 12-hour shifts
