Position: Maintenance Technician
Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: $16/hr. depending on experience. Any overtime worked is paid at double time.
Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Crossville. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, welding, and mechanical skills. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks using cutting torches, grinders, and other tools.
- Meet department quotas while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Be prepared to work overtime when necessary.

- Familiarity with single-phase and three-phase electrical units.
- Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Equipment Used:
- Cutting torch.
- Plasma cutter.
- Grinder.
- Various cordless hand tools.
