Express Employment Professionals in Sparta, TN, is seeking a full-time recruiting specialist to join our team.
Skills and Qualifications:

Recruiting using multiple resources: Experience and proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels, such as job boards, professional networking sites, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.

Conducting multiple interviews daily: The ability to efficiently manage and conduct multiple interviews, including screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating in-person interviews when necessary.

Willingness to use social media: Comfort and familiarity with using social media platforms to attract candidates, promote job openings, and engage with potential candidates.

Ability to work independently: The capacity to work autonomously, manage workload, prioritize tasks, and make independent decisions throughout the hiring process.

Maintaining a high level of professionalism: Consistently demonstrating professionalism in all interactions with candidates, colleagues, and clients, including maintaining confidentiality, adhering to ethical standards, and representing the company positively.

Typing speed of 45 wpm: a typing speed of 45 words per minute for efficient documentation and communication.

Setting and reaching goals: Proven ability to set specific recruitment goals, work towards achieving them, and maintain accountability for results.

Self-motivation: Being self-driven, proactive, and demonstrating initiative in identifying talent, networking, and continuously improving recruitment strategies.
