Job Title: Foundry Production Supervisor – 1st Shift
Location: Sparta, TN
We are seeking an experienced Foundry Production Supervisor to join our team on 1st shift. This is a hands-on leadership role in a foundry environment.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead production team members to ensure daily goals are met.

Actively participate in production tasks—this is not just an office position.

Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in challenging conditions.

Monitor quality, productivity, and compliance with company standards.

Train, coach, and support employees to drive performance and teamwork.
Qualifications:

Previous foundry or heavy manufacturing supervisory experience required.

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style.

Ability to work in extreme heat and perform physically demanding labor.
