Now Hiring: Tool Maker – Sparta, TN
A leading manufacturer in Sparta, TN is seeking an experienced Tool Maker to join their team.
Position Details:

Salary: $45,000 – $52,000 per year
-
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Injection Mold Tooling required
Responsibilities:
-
Build, repair, and maintain precision tooling and molds for injection molding operations
-
Operate and maintain CNC and manual machines to fabricate parts
-
Ensure tooling meets exact specifications and quality standards
-
Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues to minimize downtime
-
Collaborate with engineering and production teams on tool design and improvements
Qualifications:
-
At least 5 years of hands-on Tool Maker experience with injection mold tooling
-
Strong knowledge of machining, blueprint reading, and precision measurement tools
-
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
