Automotive Technician Wanted – Express Employment
Express Employment is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team!
Location: Sparta, TN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
Job Duties
-
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, suspension, and drivetrain issues

Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tune-ups, alignments, and tire rotations

Repair and service brakes, cooling systems, powertrain, and electronic systems
-
Conduct performance upgrades and detailing services (buffing, polishing, waxing, headlight restoration)

Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Requirements
-
Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic

Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and shop equipment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and commitment to safety

Must provide basic hand tools (shop supplies larger equipment)
