Recruiting Specialist – Sparta, TN
We’re seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Sparta!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 20 interviews daily with prospective candidates.
- Stay up to date on employment labor laws and compliance regulations to ensure all recruiting practices remain legally aligned.
- Perform manual dialing to connect with new and returning applicants.
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable, driven, and a true go-getter
- High energy with a friendly personality
- Must have strong phone and typing skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates
- Experience in interviewing techniques that promote an unbiased selection process
- Self-motivated and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment
