Job Title: 1st Shift Plastic Extruder Operator
Location: Sparta, TN
Pay: $15.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm (Overtime as needed)
Job Description:
We’re seeking a dependable Plastic Extruder Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Sparta, TN! The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor plastic extrusion machines

Ensure product quality by inspecting materials and making adjustments as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Troubleshoot minor machine or material issues

Follow production schedules and complete required documentation
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in plastic extrusion or manufacturing preferred

Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for long periods

Reliable attendance and teamwork are a must
