Customer Representative / Sales – Morrison, TN
Express Employment professionals is seeking an experienced Customer Representative / Sales Professional for a manufacturing facility in Morrison, TN. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and proven success in driving customer relationships within the automotive or adhesive industry.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in the automotive and/or adhesive industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated sales experience with global automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
- Strong ability to negotiate contracts and manage pricing and delivery expectations
- Experience leading, mentoring, and training sales teams
Responsibilities:
