Job Title: Service Writer/Advisor

Express Employment is now hiring a Service Writer/Advisor for a local ATV dealership. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
Base hourly rate plus commission, averaging about $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with service needs and scheduling

• Provide basic estimates for parts and labor

• Communicate service details between customers and technicians

• Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Writer/Advisor or similar role preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Basic computer skills

• Knowledge of powersports or automotive equipment is helpful but not required
