Now Hiring: Insulation Laborer
Express Employment is seeking an insulation laborer to join a fast-paced insulation and construction support team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone ready to work hard and learn new skills on the job.
Position Details:

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $12/hour

Location: Crossville, TN area
Responsibilities:
-
Assist installation crew with material handling and jobsite prep.
-
Unload, organize, and stage tools and insulation materials.
-
Support installers during spray foam and foam board applications.
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
-
Perform general labor tasks as needed on-site.
Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors).

Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear PPE.

Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
