Job Full Description
Job Title: Small Engine Mechanic
Pay Rate: $15–$16 per hour
Job Duties:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engines, including lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and similar equipment

Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, spark plug replacement, blade sharpening, and filter replacement
-
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in gas-powered equipment

Test equipment to ensure proper operation after repairs
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Accurately document repairs and parts used
-
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Qualifications:

Previous experience repairing small engines preferred

Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
