Position: Telemarketer
Location: Between Crossville and Sparta
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm
Pay Rate: $15/hr.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and helping drive business growth from the front lines—right over the phone.
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence and professionalism when speaking on the phone

Proficiency with Excel for tracking leads and call data

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to stay motivated and meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Be Doing:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote services

Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

Maintain a positive and persuasive attitude on every call

Document call outcomes and client details using Excel spreadsheets

Support marketing campaigns by gathering client insights and feedback

Help grow our client base and strengthen relationships with existing customers
