Now Hiring: Behavior Technician Apprentice
Express Employment Professionals
Express Employment Professionals is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technician Apprentices. This is an entry-level opportunity that includes a 45-day paid training program designed to prepare candidates to become Certified Behavioral Technicians.
Training Program Details

45-day structured training plan

Training schedule: 3 days per week, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Training pay rate: $10 per hour

Candidates must successfully pass the certification exam at the end of the 45 days to continue employment
Post-Certification Pay & Incentives

Base pay increases to $14 per hour upon certification

Eligible for an incentive of $6 per billable hour

Total earning potential equivalent to $20 per hour
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Ability to pass the certification exam after training

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Strong teamwork and communication skills
