Pay: $18–$22/hr (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech Assistant to join a growing team in Sparta, TN. This position will assist the maintenance department with equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues with machinery and building systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Support maintenance technicians with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous electrical experience is required.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
