Express Employment is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse / Production Workers for a 1st shift opportunity in Sparta, TN. This role involves working on a production line handling bulk grain and flour products in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Move and position bulk grain and flour bins along the production line

Bag, seal, and box finished products

Stock shelves and organize product inventory

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Meet daily production goals and quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift

Strong organizational skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Previous warehouse or production experience preferred, but not required
