Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Site Superintendent to oversee daily operations on active construction sites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects

Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors

Enforce safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance

Coordinate scheduling, inspections, and material deliveries

Monitor project progress and resolve field issues quickly

Ensure quality control standards are met

Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and inspectors

Maintain accurate site documentation and reports
Qualifications
-
1-2 years of experience in commercial and/or residential construction
-
Previous experience as a Superintendent or Foreman preferred
-
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
-
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with construction management software is a plus

Valid driver’s license
