Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician for a manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. The ideal candidate will have previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable with computer systems for data entry and reporting. This position plays a key role in ensuring products meet company and customer quality standards.
Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections on products and materials to ensure they meet required specifications

Document inspection results and enter quality data into computer systems

Identify defects, non-conforming materials, and quality concerns

Follow established quality procedures and manufacturing standards

Maintain accurate inspection records and reports

Communicate quality issues with supervisors and production teams

Assist with continuous improvement and corrective action processes when needed
Requirements:

Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong computer and data entry skills

Proven and stable work history in quality or manufacturing

Ability to read and follow inspection procedures and work instructions

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
