Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is now interviewing candidates for an immediate 1st Shift Assembly Technician position in Sparta.
Job Details:
- Position: 1st Shift Assembly
- Compensation: $15.00 per hour
- Shift Timing: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Overtime: Additional hours may be required on Fridays and Saturdays, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, as needed
- Employment Type: Temp to Perm position
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, disassemble, and test hydraulic components
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, kneel, bend, and work in confined spaces as needed
- Work in industrial, outdoor, or shop environments
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic testing equipment
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 6 months prior assembly experience is required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic math and measurement skills
