Job Full Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. This position is responsible for assembling products according to specifications while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products following work instructions and blueprints
- Use hand tools and basic machinery as needed
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent manufacturing experience required
- Ability to use basic hand tools and read instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good attendance and reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
