Job Full Description
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a General Laborer position at a local plant nursery in McMinnville, TN. This role involves hands-on work repotting smaller plants into larger containers and assisting with general nursery operations. If you enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this is a great opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Repot small plants into larger pots
- Handle and work with soil, dirt, and plant materials
- Water plants as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general nursery tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working with dirt and potting soil
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- No prior experience required – training provided
