Job Title: Temporary Clerical / Accounting Support
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Type: Temporary
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for Temporary Clerical / Accounting Support roles. This position will assist with a variety of administrative and basic accounting functions to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Support account reconciliations and reporting activities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications:
- Basic accounting knowledge, including AP, AR, data entry, reconciliations, and reporting support
- Strong clerical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- SAP experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities
Work Environment:
- Office setting with routine use of computers and standard office equipment
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
