Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Material Handler – Sparta, TN
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Material Handler at an automotive manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. This is a physically demanding role that involves more than just forklift operation—ideal for candidates comfortable with heavy lifting and hands-on work.
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (4-day work week)
Pay: $14.88 per hour
Type: Temp-to-perm opportunity
Job Duties:
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Perform heavy lifting and manual material handling
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Keep production areas stocked and organized
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of forklift experience required
- Ability to handle a physically demanding workload
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
