Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Assemblers – Immediate Openings
Location: Sparta, TN Manufacturing Facility
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Overtime available)
Pay Rate: Starting at $14.88/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Perform assembly and packaging tasks efficiently and accurately
- Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout your shift
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
Requirements:
- Steel-toed shoes required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Work Environment:
- Hands-on role using assembly machinery
- Team-oriented setting with consistent hours and overtime opportunities
