We’re hiring an A-Operator to keep production running, ensure quality standards, and support a fast-paced manufacturing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep machines running and production on track
- Inspect parts and take measurements to ensure quality
- Troubleshoot issues when parts are out of spec
- Complete basic production and quality documentation
- Support team members and maintain a clean, safe workspace
What You Bring:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a solid work ethic
