Looking for a dependable and friendly individual to join a local hotel team! This dual-role position combines front desk responsibilities with laundry services, offering a steady schedule and a great opportunity to gain hospitality experience.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Front Desk / Laundry Attendant
- Pay: $11.00 per hour
- Shift: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Schedule: Must have open availability (including weekends and holidays)
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and assisting hotel guests with check-in/check-out
- Answering phones and handling reservations
- Managing guest inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
