Position Details
Job Title: Machine Technician
Location: Sparta
Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $15.60 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Manufacture precision metal automotive parts
- Operate machinery in a production environment
- Maintain focus and efficiency in a fast-paced setting
- Stand, bend, stoop, and lift materials up to 50 lbs as required

- Consistently meet daily and end-of-shift production goals
- Maintain quality standards while keeping up with production demand
- Work effectively as part of a team in a high-output environment
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Minimum 6 months of machine operating experience
- High school diploma or GED (required, proof needed)
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
