Job Title: Weekend Shift Assembly Operator
Location: Sparta, TN
Shift: 1st Shift Weekends (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks following detailed procedures and work instructions
- Use hand tools and operate assembly equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report defects or production issues promptly
- Maintain productivity targets throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work at a steady, fast-paced production rate
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Standing for extended periods during shift
- Use of hand tools and assembly machinery
Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
