Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a dependable Skidder Operator to support operations in a manufacturing environment located in Sparta, TN. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflow by safely transporting large marine tanks and materials throughout the facility and yard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a skidder or similar heavy equipment to move marine tanks and materials
- Transport tanks between production, staging, and shipping areas
- Assist with loading and unloading as needed
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating a skidder or heavy equipment is required
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is required
- Ability to safely handle large, heavy materials
- Strong attention to safety, reliability, and detail
