We are seeking an experienced MIG and TIG Welder to join a local manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive starting pay and the potential for long-term placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Inspect finished welds for accuracy and durability
Requirements
- Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding
- Experience working with aluminum materials required
- Must own your own welding hood
- Ability to pass an on-site weld test
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
