We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Team Lead in Sparta, TN to support daily manufacturing operations while developing into a future supervisory role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the shop floor, leading by example, and building a strong understanding of production processes from the ground up.

This is a hands-on position, requiring active participation in production tasks and time spent working in multiple roles across the department. While there is opportunity for advancement, this role will always remain closely connected to shop floor operations.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly on the production floor in various roles to support daily operations
• Learn and master all departmental processes, equipment, and quality standards
• Help ensure production goals, schedules, and efficiency targets are met
• Serve as a go-to resource for team members during your shift
• Lead by example in safety, quality, and work ethic
• Assist with training and cross-training team members
• Identify process improvements and support implementation efforts
• Communicate production issues, delays, or quality concerns to leadership

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Willingness to work hands-on in daily production activities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Previous leadership or team lead experience
• Experience training or mentoring others
• Familiarity with multiple production functions or roles
