Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Machine Operator position in the Crossville area.
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Job Duties
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Remove defective products from the production line
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work around moving machinery and conveyor systems
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Machine operation experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively on a team
- Willingness to work overnight hours
