Position: Powder Coater
Pay: $15-$17/hour

We are looking for skilled individuals who can contribute to our mission of providing top-notch propane tank refurbishing services.
Responsibilities:
- Apply powder coatings to propane tanks with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sandblasting, and masking as required.
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and tools.
- Ensure proper curing and drying of coatings for a flawless finish.
- Conduct quality checks to meet the highest standards of our customers.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in powder coating is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with powder coating equipment and materials is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
- Reliable transportation to and from our facility in Crossville, TN.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Overtime opportunities available with double-time pay.
- Competitive starting wage of $17 per hour, with potential for growth and advancement.
