Job Full Description
A Sparta-area company is seeking a dependable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician / Construction Laborer to assist with maintaining company grounds, facilities, and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general building and property maintenance, construction tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company grounds and parking areas
- Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facilities
- Operate lawn care and maintenance equipment as needed
- Ensure all work areas remain safe and hazard-free
- Assist with additional maintenance and facility support tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous Construction experience
- Previous building, grounds, or lot maintenance experience
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and work outdoors as needed
Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor work environment
- Physical labor required throughout shift
- Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions
