Loader - Golf Department (1st Shift)
Express Employment Professionals - Sparta, TN is currently hiring for a Loader in the Golf Department for a local manufacturing facility.
Position Summary
The Loader is responsible for loading golf balls into production machinery and ensuring they are properly aligned for the printing process. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain production quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Load golf balls into production machines.
- Ensure golf balls are correctly lined up for printing.
- Monitor product flow and machine operation.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Dependable attendance and work ethic.
