Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials and surfaces for painting and finishing
- Apply coatings and finishes to meet company quality standards
- Inspect completed products for consistency and appearance
- Maintain production, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous painting, coating, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
