Location: Dunlap, TN
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Express Employment Professionals is seeking skilled MIG Welders for a growing manufacturing facility in the Dunlap area. If you have welding experience and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on metal parts and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications
- Grind, clean, and prepare materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
- Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
