What You’ll Do:
- Operate lamination equipment and ensure quality production using fiberglass materials
- Inspect and troubleshoot laminating processes for consistency and quality
- Maintain and repair machinery as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely production
- Check molds for scratches and contamination
- Receive and mix materials following proper lay up
- Mold blades, inspect for quality, clean molds and put in inventory
What You Bring:
- Prior experience working with fiberglass in lamination processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
- Team player with good communication skills
