Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and motivated Shafts Production Associates for a manufacturing position on 1st shift. This role involves working with hand tools, measuring tools, and production equipment to assemble and manufacture quality products. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and use measuring tools to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Assemble components according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Prior construction experience is a plus.
• Experience using hand tools is required.
• Experience using measuring tools and taking accurate measurements is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout an entire shift.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
