Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and motivated CNC Helper to support daily manufacturing operations. This position assists CNC machine operators by preparing materials, loading and unloading parts, performing quality checks, and ensuring production runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand tools and measuring tools and be eager to learn CNC processes in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist CNC operators with machine setup and production activities.
• Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges to verify part dimensions.
• Operate hand tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy according to specifications.
• Maintain production flow by supplying materials and removing completed parts.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Assist with general shop and production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools is required.
• Experience using measuring tools is required.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
