Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to lead crews and manage installation projects
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC installations from start to finish
- Train and mentor installation team members
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Communicate with customers and management regarding project status
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized job sites
