Now Hiring: Structural Steel Welders

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on Experience & Weld Test Results)

We are currently seeking Structural Steel Welders with experience working on large-scale steel fabrication projects. Candidates must be capable of producing high-quality welds while maintaining safety and workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural welding on steel beams, columns, and fabricated assemblies.
• Weld on a variety of materials including:
  • Structural Steel
  • Aluminum
  • Galvanized Steel
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding specifications.
• Accurately measure, lay out, and fit materials according to project requirements.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Work closely with fabrication and production teams to meet project deadlines.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in structural welding required.
• Experience welding aluminum, steel, and galvanized steel required.
• Proven ability to work with steel beams and structural steel components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
• Strong understanding of welding symbols and fabrication practices.
• Ability to accurately use tape measures, squares, levels, and other measuring tools.
• Ability to pass a weld test.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Pay determined by experience level and weld test performance.
