Schedule: 1st Shift | 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.38 per hour

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and motivated Material Handlers for a growing manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. This position plays a key role in supporting production operations by moving materials, supplying production lines, and ensuring products and materials are organized and readily available throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the plant
• Load and unload materials from trucks and production areas
• Supply production lines with needed materials and components
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-moving equipment as required
• Perform inventory counts and assist with material tracking
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
