Pay Rate: $16.38 per hour

Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Pickers for a leading manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and preparing materials and products for production and shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare orders accurately based on work orders and pick lists
- Locate, pull, and stage products and materials for production and shipping
- Verify quantities and product information to ensure order accuracy
- Transport materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks or other approved equipment
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse and staging areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work orders and pick sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 10-hour shift
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
