NOW HIRING: CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES

$20/Hour | Start Next Monday | 3-4 Month Project

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Call Center Representatives for a large project beginning next week. This opportunity combines customer interviews, data entry, document review, and information processing in a professional office environment.

Top performers will be considered for permanent positions at the end of the project.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Conduct phone interviews with customers
• Accurately enter and review information
• Verify documents and identify discrepancies
• Follow call scripts, procedures, and checklists
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide professional customer service

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer, data entry, and Excel skills
• Customer service, call center, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Dependable and professional work ethic
