Yard Hostler Needed
A shipping company in South Fort Worth is seeking a Yard Hostler to join their dynamic 1st shift team!
Yard Hostler Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Yard Hostler Pay: $21+/hr
Yard Hostler Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the movement and spotting of trailers to facilitate the needs of the warehouse in sorting and processing material for shipment
- Operate the yard truck in a safe manner (under 15 mph around the facility)
- Performs yard checks throughout the day for Inbound and Outbound
- Document and perform trailer moves on both the Inbound and Outbound operations
Yard Hostler Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of related experience and/or training
- Experience with backing 53-foot trailers
- A current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred; however, verifiable experience is a plus!
