Ambra Cole

Contract & Search Specialist

Ambra began working with Express in August 2007. She is originally from Decutar, AL and graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor's of Arts is Psychology. Ambra worked as an International Student Coordinator for a University in St. Gallen, Switzerland before joining the Express family. She loves to travel and read and is a mom to one amazing girl and two crazy dogs.

Michelle Deanda

Front Office Coordinator

Michelle joined Express in May 2025. Born and raised in Fort Worth, she is a South Hills graduate with a background in both the food industry and retail. She brings 5+ years of customer-focused experience to her role. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys family days with her two-year-old son, attending church on Sundays, and exploring new places with friends.

Priscilla Evans

Office Services Recruiter

Priscilla joined the Express team in February 2025. Before joining Express, she was in restaurant management for 24 years, handling the hiring, training and recruiting of managers and team members for each restaurant she worked with. She says her true passion lies in hiring, recruiting, and training, helping to build strong, effective teams from the ground up. "I thrive on creating positive first impressions, supporting smooth onboarding experiences, and making sure each person I place in a new job feels equipped and welcomed from day one,” she said.

Ashley began working with Express in September 2025. She is from Waco but moved to Fort Worth after graduating from Tarleton State University with her Master's in Human Resource Management. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Kassidy began working at Express in August 2025. She is originally from Oregon, where she previously worked with Express as well. With two years of sales experience, she brings a background as a sales representative for a heavy equipment company. She enjoys helping people find work and is passionate about supporting others in achieving their goals. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dogs, going to the gym, and being with her family.

Elena Shipp

Office Manager/Senior Recruiter

Elena began her journey at Express in August 2022. Elena is from Fort Worth, TX, and recently graduated with her Bachelor’s of Business in Business Management from Tarleton State University. Before coming to Express, Elena has worked in hospitality and accounting offices. Outside of work, Elena loves spending time with her husband and pets, cheering on the Dallas Stars, and trying to learn new skills.

Jamie Tarpenning

Sales Manager

Jamie started working for Express in July 2015. She's originally from Tyler, TX and received her Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. Before joining the Express team, she was a sales rep for a gift company. Since coming to Express, she has been recognized as one of the top Account Managers within the 800+ Express offices for eight years! Jamie has one son and two long-haired dachshunds. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
