Now Hiring: Production Manager (Concrete / Cast Stone)
Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring a Production Manager for a client in the precast concrete / cast stone industry. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily manufacturing operations, team performance, and product quality.
If you have experience in concrete, precast, masonry, or manufacturing, this is a strong opportunity to step into a high-impact role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production (mixing, forming, finishing, curing)
- Read blueprints and complete material takeoffs
- Manage inventory and coordinate materials
- Lead, train, and supervise production staff
- Enforce safety standards and shop compliance
- Ensure product quality and production efficiency
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve processes
Qualifications:
- Experience in precast concrete, cast stone, or construction manufacturing
- Prior production supervisor or manager experience
- Ability to read blueprints and calculate materials
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/shop environment
- Knowledge of fabrication, finishing, or concrete processes preferred
